Shades of Blue.

Hey you guys!

Off shoulder tops have been in trend lately and this time round I decided to experiment with them! In this blog post, I decided to wear a light blue off shoulder top with some blue jeans and a touch of brown, like always. This outfit as a whole is so damn comfortable yet could be worn literally for any sort of event! Especially in the heat that exists nowadays, this light outfit really does make the cut!

This outfit works well for a day out or just to wear to university as well! I stuck to very light makeup like always, just because it compliment the outfit much better than a heavy face would.

Casual Thursdays.

Hey you guys!

When I think of casual, I instantly picture myself in a white top and some ripped jeans and honestly you can never go wrong with it! Whenever you don't know what to wear to university or just for a night out with your friends, put on some ripped jeans and a white top of any kind and trust me you're good to go!

So for this look, I did exactly that! I think one piece of clothing every girl should own is a ripped pair of jeans. Ladies, you should definitely invest in one. It's comfortable, hip and looks good on everyone. I paired the outfits with some copper-golden flats and a white gold necklace, which gives the outfit a little pop. For the makeup, I decided to keep it simple like always and stuck to a slightly nude lip and bold eyes.

Kylie Jenner Lipstick Dupes!

Hey lovelies!

I know it’s been pretty long, but I’m so excited to be posting this blog for you and I really hope it makes up for all the lost time! I’ve been following Kylie Jenner on Snapchat for a pretty long time now and apart from her constant lip singing and swaying to rap songs, she also talks a lot about her lipstick range! Every girl at one point of time would have thought about owning these products and some of you already do, but they sell out so quickly! I mean it’s just a matter of minutes and all the products seem to disappear, which is so weird but at the same time it’s understandable!

Beauty enthusiasts on various platforms rave about owning these products and it’s such a big hype! Hence I decided why not show you guys some dupes that I thought look exactly like the Kylie Jenner lipsticks and are affordable at the same time!

Now please note that, for the lipsticks that I did find dupes for, they don’t look exactly like the lipsticks, some do, some don’t, but in all entirety, they are very similar and come in cheaper prices, so without further ado, read ahead lovelies!

Candy K VS NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream: Abu Dhabi

Candy K is a very light-ish brown shade and according to me is a perfect nude. The dupe for this $29 lipstick is the NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream in the shade Abu Dhabi. It honestly is a lot like the Candy K lipstick, both promise to give the perfect nude lip, but one is a lot of cheaper than the other!
Mary Jo K VS MAC Ruby Woo

Mary Jo K is a very dark red lipstick. Finding a dupe for this Kylie lipstick was pretty simple and technically very easy to find at it! One of the lipsticks that really matched was the MAC Ruby Woo shade in matte.

Posie K VS Revlon Colorburst: Sultry
The Posie K lipstick by Kylie is actually a really pretty mauve sort of a pink, which I really like. The dupe that I found for it was the Revlon Colorburst Matte Balm in the shade Sultry that really resembles this shade of Kylie’s lipstick. The Revlon Colorburst range has these amazing colors that are dupes for so many expensive lipsticks out there!

Koko K VS Maybelline: Nude Flush
Koko K is a lot like Posie K. A lot of people on the Internet suggest that the Maybelline lipstick in the shade nude thrill is a really good dupe for Koko K by Kylie but in my personal opinion, I preferred a slightly darker version of the Maybelline Lipstick in the shade Nude Flush, for which I really couldn’t find a good resolution picture though.

Exposed VS Bobbi Brown: Beige

Exposed from the Kylie selection of lipstick is a true brown! One of the most excellent dupes for this shade would definitely be the Bobbi Brown Lipstick in the shade Beige. It is such a beautiful shade for Indian Skin especially!

22 VS Maybelline: Neon Red

22 is yet another bold shade from the Kylie Jenner collection. It’s a very vibrant orang-ish red. A very cheap dupe for this shade is definitely the Maybelline’s Neon Red lipstick. It’s affordable and offers you a very similar 22 shade.

Kourt K VS NYX: Transylvania

The last shade that I found a dupe for was the Kourt K shade of the collection, named after Kourtney Kardashian herself. The dupe that I found for this product was something that other people also talked about, the NYX Matte Lip Cream Lipstick in the shade Transylvania.

Until next time, see you guys!

What I wear when I don't know what to wear!

Hey you guys!

The title literally speaks what this entire post is all about. Have you ever been in an situation where you get for university or work and you stand in front of you cupboard just thinking of a wardrobe combination that you either haven't worn in a while or something that will make you look fabulous? And after constant rummaging through your cupboard, you come to just one conclusion, always, "I have no clothes!".

Literally always happens to me, but that's what I'm here to tell you about! What I wear when I don't know what to wear. You can pair a white shirt with some denims, you can never go wrong with that outfit ever or you can wear what I'm wearing in this post, a black top with some high waist jeans and a pullover just to give it a tad bit more edge. For further pairing and to look more she, just throw in a statement necklace and a bag, and you're good to go!

Wedding Diaries!

Hey you guys!

So recently I found myself travelling to India, for a wedding, finally! I mean I've been seeing pictures over pictures flooding my Facebook newsfeed of some or the other wedding that my friends would have attended and here I am finally talking about the one I went too! Pretty exciting as it was the first time I was actually attending an Indian wedding, or any wedding for that matter! From early mornings to countless ceremonies I witnessed them all and now I'm going to share it with you all!

The wedding took place by the poolside in Courtyard Marriott Pune, which is such a beautiful place, I must say! The beautiful pinks, reds, purples added so much colour to the place and how can I forget the food? Indian weddings are made up of a lot of ceremonies! So I clicked a few pictures just for you!

So I decided to go with pink for the wedding and after constant running around from one shop to another I finally found that one lehenga choli, I loved! I decided to pair it up with pearls and thats why I went with an over the top math pati (Now I know these words are new to you, but they were new to me too, so bear with me!) and just a simple necklace. For earrings, I wore pearl studs, which is definitely not visible in the pictures and I wore bangles to complete the look!

I did not do my makeup and hair this time! We headed down to the Lakmé Beauty Salon in Pune, where this wonderful lady did my makeup and styled my hair for both the functions that we had! If you want further details for the makeup, do let me know!

Casual Grey.

Hey you!

The look I decided to go for this time was a grey tight fit shirt and skinny tight jeans, paired with black casual shoes. This look would be ideal for anyone who wants to look casual yet look presentable and classy, be it just university or a day out, this look works!

The makeup I decided to go for was very subtle, light makeup. I didn't want to overdo it, so I kept it simple, and that's how it should actually be. A casual look shouldn't be paired with excessive makeup, but simple and light makeup.

For the shoes I decided to wear was these black casual shoes, but you could also pair them with black pumps with little straps on them, which makes your look prettier. For jewellery and accessories I decided to go with none, except for some black and grey chunky earrings and a watch.

You could pair this look up with a nice put back- high ponytail or just leave your hair loose, which ever way you like it! For a bag, you could go for a small, compact sling bag, like the one in this post: http://arohib.blogspot.ae/2015/09/a-touch-of-brown.html

15 Beauty Products that you should try in 2016!

I know, I know, it's been long since I actually posted something but I got caught up with a lot of work. Don't worry! I'm back and this time I bring you 15 products that you should try this year!

1. Max Factor: Wide Mega Volume mascara
Mentioned this in my blogs previously too, but this product is affordable and promises good results!

2. Maybelline: The Colossal Go Extreme Mascara

Again one of my favorites, like the previous one, this one too is affordable and works really great. In fact, the colossal line of products from Maybelline is a really good choice for someone who is just started using makeup.

3. Bobbi Brown: Everything Mascara for Smokey Eyes

Anything from Bobbi Brown is really amazing and this mascara too! I discovered this one much recently but one stroke is enough for really great looking lashes.

4. Colorbar Full Finish Longwear Lipstick in: 04 En Vouge

I don’t really know of a lot of people who choose to use colorbar, but ladies this shade of lipstick is beyond amazing! It’s a nude brownish color that looks great on Indian skin especially.

5. MAC Matte Lipstick: Mehr

Time and again this lipstick product has found a space in all my blogs because the color is that great. I’m not going to say much but this color is a definite try!

6. Bobbi Brown Lipstick in: Brown 4

A product that I definitely want all of you to try is this one, if brown is your color and you really think you want to invest in a product that is definitely on the pricey side but worth it, make it this one or at least test it!

7. MAC Matte Lipstick: Please me

This shade of pink is really light on the lips and looks really great! A little on the pricey side but definitely on the try list!

8. Maybelline: Hyper Glossy Liquid Liner

This eyeliner really lives up to its name. It’s really glossy but the consistency is really great. Shiny yes, this cannot be used on a daily basis but does add a little spark to your face.

9. Colorbar: Ultimate Eyeliner

This one too is a liquid liner but it’s really easy to use! For someone like me who doesn’t have time in the morning to go through the hassle of makeup, this liquid pen is just great and so affordable!

10. Maybelline: Eyestudio Lasting Drama Gel Eyeliner

This is probably one of those products I will keep mentioning because it is that good! It’s affordable, hassle free, lasts long and gives amazing results, what more do we want, right?

11. Bobbi Brown: Long Wear Even Finish Foundation SPF 15

One product I loved all of last year and I don’t think I want to shift from this one. It’s really creamy and although it’s a little heavy on the face, it works really well! A must try!

12. Lakme Absolute: Mattreal Skin Natural Mousse Foundation

Another great foundation! This one is affordable and keeps the skin healthy, does a good job at hiding blemishes and marks too.

13. Maybelline: Dream Matte Mousse

Another affordable product and yet again from Maybelline! This product is really light on the face and does actually live up to its name by providing that needed matte finish.

14. L’Oreal: Brow Artist Shaper

A really good pencil for the eyebrows! Although I don’t use it much, it helps with defining the eyebrows really well and comes with a spoolie brush.

15. OGX Shampoo Line

I really wanted to share this product with you guys because it worked excellent on my hair! I was really sick of trying all these different kinds of shampoos when a friend of mine recommended this to me and now I do it to you! Ladies do give this one a try, it helps with hair fall and leaves your hair soft, which is all a girl really needs!

I hope you ladies really give these products a try!

Until next time!
